Gratitude literally heals. Studies have shown that practicing gratitude can improve sleep, mood, and immunity, and can decrease depression, anxiety, difficulties with chronic pain, and risk of disease. Our Gratitude Heals program allows our patients and their families to express gratitude for the care they received at UofL Health in ways that benefit both the giver and the receiver in very concrete ways.
